June 22, 2011 - According to reports the passenger that was killed in the vehicle crash with Ryan Dunn was a Iraq War veteran.
The passenger involved in the car crash in the 2007 Porsche in West Goshen, Philadelphia has been identified as 30 year old Zachary Hartwell.
Hartwell according to a family friend was friends with Dunn and was credited as a production assistant on Jackass 2 and had a small part in Minghags in 2009. Hartwell served time in the military, including serving time in Iraq. He married his wife Rachel last October, who according to her the two were out celebrating closing on a deal.
According to reports Dunn drank three light beers and three girly shots in a bar in his hometown of West Chester, prior to the crash. Dunn also posted a picture of himself, Hartwell and another friend drinking on twitter.

Pedestrian Killed on the 101 Freeway After Being Struck
June 20, 2011 - According to reports a pedestrian has died after being struck and killed. According to authorities the pedestrian being struck was reported at approximately 4:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the 101 Freeway after a Los Angeles pedestrian accident.
According to witnesses the man that has been identified as being in his sixties ran into traffic on the 101 Freeway and was struck by a pickup.
The incident occurred in Los Angeles in the vicinity of the northbound 101 Freeway after the Vignes Street exit. According to authorities the man was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Police are unsure what the man, whose identity has not been released was doing on the northbound lanes of traffic.
According to authorities traffic was diverted at Vignes Street and was allowed back on the 101 Freeway at Alameda Street. The northbound lanes of the 101 Freeway were closed after the Los Angeles car crash.

Taxi Cab Hits and Kills Pedestrian in Hollywood
June 13, 2011 - According to reports a taxi cab struck and killed a pedestrian in Hollywood early Monday morning.
According to authorities have not released the identity of the pedestrian that was killed in the accident occurred at approximately 4:50 a.m. They did state the pedestrian was killed in the vicinity north of Hollywood on Highland Avenue and that he was a man in his 30’s.
According to reports the taxi cab driver was not cited in the accident.
Highland Boulevard was closed between Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards while investigators were at the scene of the accident.

Four Vehicle Pileup on I-5 Results in Injuries
May 31, 2011 - According to reports a four car pileup in the northbound lanes of the I-5 resulted in injuries.
According to the California Highway Patrol a multi-vehicle crash occurred in the northbound lanes of the I-5 at approximately 1:20 p.m.
The crash involved a 1968 Jaguar that investigators suspect lost a right rear wheel, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle, there was a Honda Civic, a Toyota Yaris and a big rig.
The California Highway Patrol stated that three people involved in crash in the Toyota Yaris were a injured. This included the driver and two children that were transported from the scene of the crash to the UCI Medical Center.
The four vehicle crash closed two of the northbound lanes of the I-5, while the accident was cleared and investigators inspected the crash, according to the California Highway Patrol.
