January 5, 2010 (by Horatio Algren) According to reports the driver of a Ferrari involved in a fatal crash was driven by an 18 year old Huntington Beach resident.
The driver of a gray 2008 F-430 Spider that crashed into a tow truck splitting it in two on December 24, 2009 was driven by 18 year old Luicci Nader of Huntington Beach according to authorities.
The accident that fatally injured passenger Ralph Abi age 24 occurred at approximately 5:12 p.m. on the East Coast Highway when Nader who was speeding lost control of the vehicle.
According to police Nader could be charged with manslaughter when he recovers from the crash that occurred when the sports car jumped the median in the vicinity of jamboree Road and Bayside Drive and striking the tow truck head on.
The driver and passenger in the tow truck sustained minor injuries in the crash and policed report that Nader was not driving under the influence at the time of the crash.
